Ride the Wave

Imagine that you didn’t feel like you were going crazy. You no longer have crying attacks. You no longer feel “too sensitive” or worry that people are looking at you and thinking you just can’t deal.

Imagine you aren’t googling every possible diagnosis to explain why you feel so out of control, unable to deal, or just “crazy.”

Imagine that you feel competent and don’t need to control things in order to enjoy life. Imagine that you’re not worried about new situations or new people.

Imagine feeling confident, strong, capable when facing life’s challenges.

All of this is possible through a really, really simple skill called “ride the wave.”

I remember when I first learned about this skill through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focused app called Noom: Mood. And later reading about it online when researching CBT. And I was like - dang, wish a therapist had told me about this sooner lol.
